Seller\u2019s transfer documents (deeds, AOT, etc.)<\/li><li>&#8211; Condominium association governing documents (master deeds, bylaws, public offering statements, financials, budget, meeting minutes)<\/li><li>&#8211; Real estate contracts and drafting riders\/addenda<\/li><li>&#8211; New Jersey Notary Public commission<\/li><li>&#8211; Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese a plus<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><u>Responsibilities:<\/u><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>&#8211; Interact with clients, opposing counsel, title agents, loan originators, realtors, etc. on various aspects of the purchase and sale.<\/li><li>&#8211; Conduct calls and emails with existing and potential new clients.<\/li><li>&#8211;
